Public Review Display

Reviews are not anonymous. If a review is approved, CoachRanker may publicly display the reviewer’s first name, last initial, reviewer type, ratings, review title, and review text.

Email verification: Reviewers must verify control of their email address before submitting a rating or written review. Reviewer email is used for verification, moderation, or contact if needed and is not displayed publicly. Email verification helps keep reviews authentic, but it does not confirm that CoachRanker verified the coaching relationship.

A reviewer may submit one review per coach. CoachRanker may reject or mark duplicate reviews that appear to come from the same reviewer for the same coach.

What Reviews Should Cover

Reviews should focus on the coach’s actual coaching experience, teaching style, communication, value, and results.

Conflicts of Interest

Coaches cannot review themselves, submit reviews for clients, or ask someone else to post words the coach wrote. Competitors may not submit reviews primarily intended to harm another coach rather than describe a real coaching experience.

What Claimed Means

A claimed badge means the coach has claimed connection to the profile. CoachRanker does not currently certify, comprehensively screen, endorse, or guarantee coaches.

Claimed Profiles and Safety Review

Claimed profiles may be reviewed by CoachRanker as part of our identity, safety, and platform-integrity process. A claimed or reviewed profile does not mean CoachRanker has comprehensively screened or endorsed the coach.

Public Name Display

CoachRanker reviews are not anonymous. Reviewers should provide their name and verification contact information. Publicly, reviews display the reviewer’s first name and last initial, such as Michael R. or Sarah M.. Reviews may also display reviewer type, ratings, review title, and review text.

Privacy ruleReviewer contact details are used for verification and moderation. They should not be displayed publicly.

Coach Responses

Launch Basic, Basic, and Pro coaches may respond to reviews. Responses should be professional, helpful, and focused on the coaching relationship.

Free Listings and Free Claimed Profiles can receive reviews, but they cannot respond to reviews unless upgraded to Launch Basic, Basic, or Pro.

Coaches cannot edit reviewer ratings, reviewer text, reviewer identity, or remove reviews themselves.

Moderation

Reviews are moderated before publication. CoachRanker may reject, remove, or hide reviews that violate this policy, including duplicate, coordinated, abusive, misleading, or unverifiable reviews. Flagged reviews may be reviewed again by the moderation team.

Reviews may be rejected, hidden, or removed for spam, threats, harassment, slurs, doxxing, private information, false impersonation, content about a child that should not be public, or other policy concerns.

Review Reports and Disputes

Claimed coaches may report reviews for policy review. Reporting a review does not guarantee removal, and CoachRanker may keep a review visible if it appears to comply with this policy.

CoachRanker may request additional context from a reviewer, coach, or other source, but CoachRanker does not adjudicate every factual disagreement between coaches and reviewers.
