What Reviews Should Cover
Reviews should focus on the coach’s actual coaching experience, teaching style, communication, value, and results.
Expertise
How knowledgeable, skilled, prepared, and technically competent the coach is.
Personality
How the coach communicates, motivates, teaches, encourages, and handles people.
Value
Whether the coaching experience feels worth the price, time, and effort.
Public Name Display
CoachRanker reviews are not anonymous. Reviewers should provide their name and verification contact information. Publicly, reviews display only the reviewer’s first name and last initial, such as Michael R. or Sarah M.
Not Allowed
- Fake reviews
- Reviews from people who never interacted with the coach
- Harassment, threats, or personal attacks
- Private contact information posted in review text
- Discriminatory or hateful content
- Spam, promotional links, or unrelated complaints
- Reviews written to manipulate rankings
Coach Responses
Basic and Pro coaches may respond to reviews. Responses should be professional, helpful, and focused on the coaching relationship.
Free Listings and Free Claimed Profiles can receive reviews, but they cannot respond to reviews unless upgraded to Basic or Pro.
Moderation
CoachRanker may remove or hide reviews that violate this policy. Flagged reviews may be reviewed by the moderation team before appearing publicly.
