CoachRanker Terms of Use
These early preview terms explain how CoachRanker is intended to work. CoachRanker helps people discover, compare, review, and contact coaches directly.
Early Preview Notice
CoachRanker is currently an early preview. Features, listings, reviews, paid plan tools, claim tools, and contact settings may still be limited, incomplete, or not yet available.
What CoachRanker Does
CoachRanker helps people discover, compare, review, and contact sports coaches, music instructors, and fitness trainers.
CoachRanker is not the coach, employer, agent, manager, or scheduling provider for listed coaches.
Listings
Community members may submit coach listings using basic public facts. Submitters may not create or edit a coach’s About section. The About section becomes coach-controlled only after the coach has a Basic or Pro membership.

Claiming Profiles
Claiming a profile verifies identity. Paying unlocks control. A Free Claimed Profile does not receive dashboard access, About editing, contact settings, review responses, or review request tools.
Reviews
Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on real coaching experiences. CoachRanker does not allow anonymous reviews. Public review display should use first name and last initial.
CoachRanker may moderate, hide, reject, or remove reviews that violate its review policy.
Coach Contact and Coaching Relationships
Clients contact coaches directly. CoachRanker does not take fees, commissions, or a percentage of coaching income.
Coaches and clients are responsible for their own scheduling, payment arrangements, safety decisions, and coaching relationship.
Subscriptions
Basic and Pro are planned monthly membership options for coaches who want profile control, contact settings, review tools, and visibility features when those tools are available.

- Pro is intended to cost $15/month
- Free Claim verifies identity only
- Free Listings remain public but uncontrolled
No Guarantee
CoachRanker may show reviews, ratings, and profile information, but it does not guarantee coach quality, safety, results, availability, credentials, or client outcomes.
