CoachRanker is owned and operated by CoachRanker LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These Terms govern your access to and use of coachranker.com and related services.

Pro access may be granted now through approved Founding Member access or CoachRanker-administered access. Self-service paid Pro subscriptions and Stripe checkout are not currently available.

COACH LISTINGS
Listings
Community members may submit coach listings using basic public facts. Submitters may not create or edit a coach's About section. After an approved claim, the coach may use Free starter-profile controls.

PROFILE OWNERSHIP
Claiming Profiles
Claiming a profile verifies identity and authority. Approved Free coaches receive a limited but functional dashboard for starter-profile editing, one profile photo, one public website link, private CoachRanker relay, and review reporting. Pro adds the complete profile, public phone and email options, review responses, review-request tools, analytics, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X links, a Pro badge, and eligibility for clearly labeled featured placement.
CLAIM & SAFETY REVIEW
Claim Review, Safety Review, and Platform Discretion
CoachRanker may review claimed coach profiles using publicly available information, including public sex offender registries, as part of our claim review and safety process. CoachRanker reserves the right to reject, remove, limit, or further review profiles that present safety, identity, trust, or platform-integrity concerns.
Families, athletes, students, and organizations should make their own decisions and conduct any additional screening they believe is appropriate.
Review boundaryA claimed or reviewed profile does not mean CoachRanker has performed a comprehensive background check, employment screening, criminal-history search, endorsement, or guarantee.
ACCOUNTABLE REVIEWS
Reviews
Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on firsthand coaching experiences. CoachRanker does not allow anonymous reviews. Public review display should use first name and last initial.
CoachRanker may require email verification before a rating or written review can be submitted. Email verification confirms control of the submitted inbox; it does not independently confirm that a coaching relationship occurred.
CoachRanker may moderate, hide, reject, or remove reviews that violate its review policy.
PUBLIC PROFILE CONTENT
Profile Content and Photos
Coaches and submitters are responsible for the profile information, photos, links, and other content they provide. Coaches must have the rights needed to upload and display any public profile photo they provide to CoachRanker.
Coach-provided session format, session setting, experience, certifications, affiliations, and background details are not guarantees, endorsements, or verified credentials from CoachRanker.
CoachRanker currently supports one public profile photo per eligible coach profile, not galleries or multiple-photo profile tools. A profile photo may be stored and displayed on public CoachRanker surfaces until it is replaced, removed, or otherwise limited under CoachRanker policies.
COPYRIGHT / IMAGE RIGHTS
Copyright and Image-Rights Concerns
If you believe a profile photo, review, listing, or other public content violates your copyright or image rights, contact CoachRanker with the URL, a description of the content, and enough information for CoachRanker to review the concern.

YOUTH & MINORS
Youth and Minor Safety
Parents and guardians should provide information for minors when appropriate and should avoid posting private information about children in reviews, claim requests, contact messages, or public profile content.
Parents, guardians, students, athletes, clients, and organizations are responsible for evaluating coaches, deciding whether to communicate or meet, and supervising coach interactions as appropriate.
DIRECT RELATIONSHIPS & PAYMENTS
Coach Contact and Coaching Relationships
Clients contact coaches directly or through CoachRanker contact relay tools when available.
Coaches and clients are responsible for their own scheduling, payment arrangements, safety decisions, responses, and coaching relationship. Coaches may list payment methods they accept, but CoachRanker does not collect, hold, verify, guarantee, or facilitate payments between coaches and clients.
No booking feesCoachRanker does not book lessons, process coaching payments, take fees, take commissions, or take a percentage of coaching income.
LOCAL DISCOVERY
Location Search
CoachRanker may use Google Places or similar services to suggest city, ZIP, or postal-code locations for search, profile editing, and public forms. Location suggestions are used to support local discovery and public profile consistency.
MEMBERSHIPS & PLACEMENT
Memberships
Free and Pro are CoachRanker's only public memberships. Free helps approved coaches get found and contacted with a starter profile, one public website link, and private relay. Pro provides the complete profile and growth tools, including public phone and email options, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X links, review tools, analytics, and a Pro badge.
Pro membership does not automatically determine a profile's position in organic Recommended results. More complete profiles may perform better when their information is more relevant to a user's search. Pro profiles may be eligible for separately labeled featured placement. Eligibility does not guarantee selection, duration, frequency, or position.
Pro access may be granted now. Self-service paid Pro subscriptions are planned for a future release. CoachRanker currently expects the future paid Pro price to be $10/month, although pricing may be finalized before paid billing launches.

FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS
Founding Member Access
Access designation
Founding Member is an access designation, not a separate public membership plan. Approved Founding Members receive complimentary Pro access on the specific CoachRanker profile approved through the application process.
What the grant includes
Approved Founding Members receive complimentary Pro access for the life of their approved CoachRanker profile. No subscription payment is required, and the grant does not expire merely because self-service paid Pro subscriptions launch later.
Profile-specific access
The benefit is non-transferable, applies only to the approved profile, and has no cash, refund, or exchange value. It remains active while the profile and account remain active, ownership remains valid, and the coach remains in good standing and compliant with these Terms, CoachRanker's safety rules, anti-fraud rules, acceptable-use standards, and other applicable policies.
Good standing and revocation
CoachRanker may revoke Founding Member access for legitimate cause, including fraud, abuse, material misrepresentation, ownership fraud or disputes, repeated policy violations, misuse of the platform, or account termination under these Terms. CoachRanker will not revoke an approved grant merely because paid Pro subscriptions launch later.
Application approval
Applications are reviewed individually. Approval is discretionary and is not guaranteed, and submitting an application does not create a contractual right to approval. CoachRanker may stop accepting new Founding Member applications without affecting grants that were already approved.
Other Pro access sources
If another valid Pro access source remains active after a Founding Member grant is revoked, only the Founding Member access source is removed and that other valid source continues to control Pro access.
CORRECTION & REMOVAL
Profile Correction and Removal Requests
Coaches or other affected people may contact CoachRanker to request correction, limitation, or removal of profile information. CoachRanker may need to retain limited records for moderation, security, claim review, review integrity, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
SAFETY RECORDS
Moderation and Safety Records
CoachRanker may retain moderation, security, claim, review, dispute, contact, and abuse-prevention records when needed to operate the service, document decisions, prevent abuse, or respond to safety, policy, or legal concerns.
IMPORTANT BOUNDARY
No Guarantee
CoachRanker may show reviews, ratings, and profile information, but it does not guarantee coach quality, safety, results, availability, credentials, responses, or client outcomes.
Verified or claimed profile status does not mean CoachRanker has certified, background checked, endorsed, or guaranteed the coach.
